PTO 20 days per year, Rurual Health Clinic. Roosevelt Medical Center is a National Health Service Corps Loan repayment site. Competitive salary, depending of experience. RMC provides relocation costs and CME allowance.

Family Practice Physicians are among the top health professions shortage positions across the country. Limited shopping, entertainment, employment opportunities for a spouse, and ER call coverage compound the difficulty of finding a physician for rural practice settings. Several options for meeting the physician need for RMC are being pursued: employment of a full-time or part-time physician exclusively for RMC; contracting for a physician's services through an agency; partnering with NE MT Health Services in Poplar/Wolf Point/Sidney Health Center or Mercy Medical Center. Audrey Stromberg, RMC Administrator, is currently engaged in conversation with two physicians who are interested in the shared employment arrangement with another organization.
