Well staffed with 1 Physician: Jay L. Hurm, M.D. and 2 Physician Assistants, Jay Lambert, PA-C and Elizabeth Kleppen, RN, PA-C;  who continuously review healthcare visits and provide additional expertise as a part of our medical team.
