Dietary Department
While we are not a 5 star resturaunt, many who take their meals with us at RMC claim we are as close as you can get for a healthcare facility. Healthcare food services have changed dramatically over the past years.  Food service personnel need to understand portion control, safe food handling, and dietary restrictions all while ensuring tasty meals for those in the care of a hospital facility.  Our staff does an excellent job.  Licensed dietician approves meal plans and evaluates residents' diets and nutritional needs on a quarterly basis. 
 
Our dietary department provides meals for our long term care residents, the hospital patients and families as well as guests at a nominal fee.
 
Our dietary department also provides meals for employees during working hours.
A licensed Dietician through Mercy Medical Center is available monthly by referral for dietary consultation and education.  
 
Meals-on-Wheels are available for the noon meal daily, Monday through Friday by referral. 
 
These well balanced meals are delivered to your home, for home bound residents and post surgery during recovery.  Meals-on-Wheels meet your personal nutritional needs.
